Q: HOW CAN I GET REPRESENTED AS A MODEL OR ACTOR WITH LYNNE C & COMPANY?

Q: DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN LYNNE C & COMPANY?
A: NO. We do not charge talent to work with us. The agency is entitled to its customary agency commissions from model/talent bookings.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION AND NOT SHOWING UP FOR A JOB POLICY?

We require at least 48 hours notice if you are canceling to avoid a penalty.
Our penalties are as follows:
- Cancel within 48 hours - You remain in our booking database to be
booked for other jobs
- Cancel within 24 hours - You will remain in our booking database, however we mark you down as canceling and not giving us enough notice and if you cancel again within 24 hours or less, you will be removed from our database.
- Cancel the day of job - You will be removed from our database.
- NO SHOW (Not showing up to a job and not informing us) - you will be permanently removed from our database.
Q: I COMPLETED A JOB, WHEN DO I GET PAID?

Below are the steps of how the payment process works:
1. Talent "successfully" completes a job
2. Talent Faxes and/or mails in all required paperwork within 24 - 48 hours depending on job (Signed Timesheets, Report Forms, Surveys, Telephone Reporting, etc.)
3. Once LYNNE C & Company receives paperwork, client is invoiced (usually the day after promotion or event ends.
4. Client sends payment to LYNNE C & Company
5. Talent check is mailed
6. Whole payment process takes 30-90 days. However, if client pays sooner, talent check will be mailed sooner. Some clients may take longer to pay, so please remember this. We do our best to stay on top of our clients for payment and to try and get you paid as soon as possible. Please do not contact us about payment unless it is 90 days or more since the date you sent in all of your required paperwork and have not received payment yet. If 90 days have passed and you still have not received payment, please contact our billing department at billing@lynnecandcompany.com
Q: DO YOU TAKE TAXES OUT OF MY CHECK?
A: No. You are an Independent Contractor; therefore, we do not take taxes out of your check. At the end of the fiscal year, if you have made $600.00 USD or more with LYNNE C & Company, we will mail you a 1099 tax form. All talent are required to submit the 1099 by law for tax purposes.

Q: I LOST MY PROMOTIONAL TALENT PROFILE PASSWORD, HOW CAN I RESET IT?
A: Please visit our password reset page: http://www.lynnecandcompany.com/forgotpass_model.php and create a new password.
Q: HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PROMOTIONAL TALENT PASSWORD?
A: Log into your promotional talent profile (http://www.lynnecandcompany.com/editmodel.php) and enter the email address you registered with and on the next page enter your new password.
Q: I REGISTERED AS A PROMOTIONAL TALENT AND WANT TO GET MY PHOTOS ONLINE, HOW DO I GET MY PHOTOS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A: If you have professional photos and after you have completed 5 or more promotional jobs with us “successfully”, we will consider adding your photos to our website.
