Lynne C & Company Terms and Condition
The following will constitute a non- exclusive agreement between you and Lynne C.& Company Models and Promotions, LLC hereby referred to as Lynne C.& Co.
Lynne C.& Co is your representative with respect to modeling and the related arts with the right to disseminate, reproduce, or print your likeness, name or biography so as to promote you. Lynne C.& Co will do our best to coach and guide you so as to secure appropriate assignments for you. No assignments will be accepted on your behalf without your approval. You have the exclusive right to accept or reject any assignments that are offered to you including its terms and conditions and when and where your services are performed.
Lynne C.& Co has the right to attempt to secure other work for you through our business contacts.
You will pay us 20% unless otherwise stipulated of the gross fees due to you for any modeling assignment received by you through Lynne C.& Co. Offers arising from any Lynne C.& Co assignment directly or indirectly will be referred back to Lynne C.& Co and a 20% agency fee will be paid by you. You hereby direct all firms using your service on any Lynne C.& Co assignment to make payment directly to Lynne C.& Co.
Lynne C.& Co agrees to pay you within 14 days of receipt of payment from the client after deducting proper fees.
If Lynne C.& Co arranges for payment to be received directly by you than you agree to submit the fee in full to Lynne C.& Co by the following business day.
Lynne C.& Co will use its best efforts to collect any fees due to you, however if collection is not possible, you shall have no recourse to Lynne C.& Co.
This agreement is for one year and will be automatically renewed unless it is cancelled by either party in writing.
You agree that you are a professional model and you are not an employee of Lynne C.& Co but rather an independent contractor who is responsible for your own payment of taxes and insurance.
Lynne C.& Co has the right to open any correspondence sent to us on your behalf.
